A private bank in the digital age

Attoma has redesigned the Banque de Luxembourg’s corporate website to reflect its superior customer relations.

The Banque de Luxembourg was seeking to adapt its digital services to its clients’ changing needs and behaviors, so they called upon attoma’s expertise in new uses, UX design, and user centered design.

Attoma collected benchmarking data of the most advanced digital practices in the banking world and in the premium sector. The agency then created the design and information architecture for the site and proposed innovative concepts like an interactions and modular structure, as well as deliverables that met the technical, security, and content constraints of the industry, as well as the responsive needs of this kind of project.

Next, attoma created a new digital identity (look & feel) for the bank that better reflected its core values: financial expertise, prudence, philanthropy, and the passing down of assets. The bank was also guided through all necessary adjustments characteristic of this type of project.

Since the re-launch of its site, the Banque de Luxembourg has gained in visibility and now attracts more qualified prospective clients.

After the successful delivery of this project, the Banque called upon our digital strategy agency to revamp its site, allowing clients to monitor their assets and make transactions.
