For the tramway’s arrival in 2013, Divia, the public transportation network of Greater Dijon operated by the Keolis Group, entrusted Attoma with the design of the entire network’s passenger information system: information at stops, cartography, time sheets, and dynamic information systems available onboard buses and trams.
Prior to building the design, the agency helped Divia define a Program plan for mobility information. From a detailed study of the network and the informational needs of travelers, Attoma proposed a diagnosis and a detailed action plan. This support improved the project's coherence and allowed the new system to be implemented within extremely tight deadlines.
A customer survey, which revealed exceptional levels of satisfaction for this domain, confirmed that passengers fully accepted this change.
